鸡蛋壳的妙用

1、洗衣服

可把蛋壳捣碎，装进薄布袋或丝袜里，然后放入盆中用热水浸泡5分钟后取出，用此水清洗衣服，格外白净。

2、可作漂白剂

白色手帕、台布大多数会泛黄，可把蛋壳放入一起煮，煮后小心地洗涤。

3、使皮肤细腻滑润

把蛋壳内一层蛋清收集起来，加一小匙奶粉和蜂蜜，拌成糊状，晚上洗脸后，把调好的蛋糊涂抹在脸上，过30分钟后洗去，常用此法会使脸部肌肉细腻滑润,使皮肤细腻滑润。

4、清除奶瓶、细口瓶等各种瓶子及油桶中的污垢

将蛋壳碾成碎末，放入陶瓷器皿、热水瓶、玻璃瓶中，加清水后左右摇晃，可以去垢。 如果油污严重，放入蛋壳加满水，放置1—2天，中间摇晃几次,就可以将油污洗净。对于油桶的清洗非常有效。 对于清洗奶瓶更是很好的方法，因为不用清洁剂，所以给宝宝用是非常安全的。

5、鸡蛋壳的碎片可以清洗杯子

6、清洁果汁机

果汁机刀刃部份很难清洗,容易伤到手,可以将半个鸡蛋壳加一些水和洗洁剂倒入果汁机中，打磨几分钟后细碎的鸡蛋壳就可以将果汁机清除干净,然后用清水冲洗。

7、消炎止痛

用鸡蛋壳碾成末外敷，有治疗创伤和消炎的功效。

8、治烫伤、治汤伤

如果身体有轻微的烫伤或烧伤，可以取鸡蛋壳中一层薄薄的蛋膜，蛋液向皮肤敷在伤口上，每天更换一次，而且敷上后能止痛，三至五天即可愈合。

9、去水垢

烧开水的水壶有一层厚厚的水垢，坚硬难除，用它煮两次鸡蛋壳，即可全部去掉。

10、擦拭玻璃或家具

新鲜蛋壳在水中浸泡，会产生蛋白与水的混合溶液。擦玻璃或家具，可增加光泽。

11、养花卉当肥料

将清洗蛋壳的水浇入花盆中，有助于花木的生长。 将蛋壳捏碎放在花盆里，既能保养水分，又能为花卉提供养分。再放新蛋壳前，把旧蛋壳清出就可以了。

12、灭蚂蚁

把蛋壳用火偎成微焦以后碾成粉，撒墙角处，可以杀死蚂蚁。

13、制作小工艺品

可以用蛋壳做一些小工艺品，比如蛋壳蜡等。

14、减轻胃痛

将鸡蛋壳洗净打碎，放入铁锅内用文火炒黄（不能炒焦），然后碾成粉，越细越好，每天服一个鸡蛋壳的量，分2次～3次在饭前或饭后用水送服，对十二指肠溃疡和胃痛、胃酸过多的患者，有止痛、制酸的效果。

15、做简易漏斗

要把油装入瓶子里，一时找不到漏斗，可用蛋壳代替。在洗净的蛋壳一端打一小孔，就是一个小漏斗。

16、鸡蛋壳内膜去黑头

鸡蛋壳内层的那层膜，把它小心撕下来贴在鼻子上，等干后撕下来，这是去黑头很好的方法。

17、煮咖啡
煮咖啡时，加一些蛋壳（约两杯咖啡加半个鸡蛋壳），可以使咖啡澄清味甘。

18、除炸食物后油的黑色
炸食物的油使用几次后，油会发黑，可在油罐里放一小块鸡蛋壳，蛋壳会把掉在油中的炭粒吸附掉，使油变清。

风干

• 衣服 -- 没干的衣服急着穿时，可用电吹风机的热风对着吹，很快就会干了。
  P / S：放到袖筒，裤管中效果更好。

• 鞋子潮湿而又需要穿时，可用电吹风机向鞋内吹几分钟，能快速干燥。
  P / S： 鞋面被雨水等打湿时要阴干，不能用此法，以防皮变硬，开裂。

• 刚洗过的瓶子，杯子想马上干燥，可甩几下水，用电吹风向瓶内吹几分钟。

去受潮

海水缸中了白点？？

治疗办法：

1 渗透压法

改变盐度至1.008或者1.009，直到最后一次发现白点的四周后。之后再慢慢上升盐度，同时再观察病鱼4周。这个治疗办法比较难以控制PH以及水质，但鱼儿压力较小。

2 铜药法

药水的说明书怎么写，你就怎么办。一般2-4周见效。治疗结束后，停药，并观察病鱼4周。铜对鱼是有毒性的，也会造成鱼只一定的压力，他们可能会停食。

3 隔离法

将病鱼不停从一个鱼缸转移到另一个鱼缸，以隔绝脱离下来的卵囊和病鱼。此大法最起码需要两个检疫缸，鱼儿在治疗时相当遭罪。

p/s: 不要将渗透压大法和铜药大法同时进行。渗透压大法将导致缸内PH震荡，而PH降低的直接后果是铜会对鱼只造成致命的毒害。除非你使用Cupramine这样构成较复杂的铜药。就算如此，还是建议不要将两种大法混用。

**因为白点虫没有潜伏期，存在时间最长的卵囊大概有60天左右， 所以把缸里所有的鱼移走至少8周，不要把来路不明的海水和活石加入缸中，维持过滤、照明和正常喂食，这段“空窗期”对于根绝缸里的白点寄生虫，成功率高达99.9%。 

无效但又被广传的方法：

 1 淡水浴法

淡水浴大法可以杀死鱼体上的一些寄生虫，但部分寄生虫躲在鱼的粘膜下还是会逃过一劫。

2 医生虾


寄生虫寄生在鱼体的时候会钻到粘膜和皮肤的下方，所以医生虾之类的动物对白点寄生虫是无能为力的。

泡澡

• 生姜浴：
- 方法：将生姜磨成泥，取约40克左右，挤出姜汁，到入热水中既可。若嫌不够辣可以将姜直接放入。

• 辣椒浴：
- 方法：视水量取5--10只辣椒（红六绿均可）。把辣椒切成小圆圈，与橙皮混合放入旧丝袜~ 纱布中泡入温水中。 如但心太刺激可到入少许醋。

• 牛奶浴：   
- 方法1：倒1公斤牛奶到水里，用手搅拌均匀，让水 变成半透明。 泡澡时间不宜超过20分钟，水深不超过心脏。 

- 方法2：把略经稀释的牛奶涂抹在身上，15分钟后冲净，能够使皮肤光滑细腻。 

- 功效：牛奶具有养心肺、润皮肤、补益五脏、生津止渴功效，用牛奶美容可以使皮肤细嫩，头发乌黑发亮亮。

• 橘子，釉子，柠檬水果浴：  
- 方法：将橘子皮放入旧丝袜中，在通风处晾上约一星期。将晾好的陈皮和干燥剂放入密封罐中保存。洗澡时，先抓一把陈皮放在旧丝袜里，即可丢入水中。其他如釉子，柠檬等材料，不需要风干，只要把水果切成薄片，泡进水里即可。

• 桑叶浴：
- 方法： 将干桑叶100克左右，放入锅内，加热熬10-15分钟后，倒入浴盆晾温就可洗用。

- 功效：具有散风清热、明目等功能。用它作为浴水洗澡，护肤不脱脂，特别是皮肤粗糙者，用后可使皮肤变得细嫩。

• 薄荷浴：
- 方法：取鲜薄荷200克或干薄荷50克放入锅内，加水煎取药液，倒入浴盆就可。 

- 功效：薄荷叶有散风热、止痒的作用，对外感风热、皮肤发痒、咽喉肿痛、眼结膜充血等病症的人洗浴特别有效。夏季常用此浴法，可预防湿疹、痱子等皮肤病。

• 菊花浴：
- 方法：用鲜菊花500-800克，加水放入锅内，煎成汁倒入浴盆，晾温就可浴用。 

- 功效：菊花有散风清热，平肝明目的功能。它可防治头晕、眼花等症状，还可使皮肤细嫩洁白。

• 草药浴:  
- 方法：把菊花、熏衣草等草药用文火熬1小时左右，滤去药渣，倒入洗澡水中。注意在洗草药浴时，不要使用香皂或浴液。 

- 功效：可以促进血液循环，治疗各种疾病，使皮肤光洁。

• 菖根浴：
- 方法：用菖根 50-100克，加水熬汁，倒入浴盆，待温即可用，效果非常好。 

- 功效：中老年人及肤色较黑的人适用此浴法。因菖根具有镇痛、降压、降血糖，消除皮肤老年斑、汗斑的功能，使关节灵活，肌肉收缩，不易疲劳。

• 蓟草浴：
- 方法：将其洗净放入锅内，加水煎熬半小时左右，过滤去渣，晾温即可洗浴。 

- 功效：蓟草，有止血、散瘀的功能。洗后可增加皮肤的弹性。特别是一些产妇，可加些地榆、槐花，用以洗涤肛门，既有止血效果，又可防治痔疮、肛裂等疾病。

• 米糠浴:
- 方法：只需将200—300克米糠装入小布袋中，加水煮沸，挤出米糠汁，即可用来浸泡洗浴。稀释浓度可因人因病制宜。泡米糠浴时宜用温水。每次浸泡约15分钟，搔痒症状即可改善，且无任何副作用。 

- 功效： 对皮肤病、湿疹患者，米糠浴可以改善病情。一般来说，米糠中含有脂肪及蛋白质，可使肌肤光洁嫩滑；其中焦油成份更对皮炎、湿疹和脱皮性湿疹有效。

• 小苏打浴: 
- 方法：在浴池中加入少许小苏打粉。 

- 功效： 可有效去除皮肤表面的污垢、皮脂腺的堵塞物及分泌物。可使肌肤光洁嫩滑；

• 盐水浴: 
- 方法1： 在水中加入200克食盐。 

- 方法2：站在浴缸中，直接將鹽揉擦肩部、雙臂、臀部及下肢，以旋轉式揉擦，必要時多用一些鹽。可同時塗上植物油或將鹽與牛奶混合使用(如皮膚太乾)。 - 功效：鹽浴能清潔皮膚、結實肌肉、可以迅速恢复体力，同时还有减肥作用。還有殺菌和去異味的作用

• 香醋浴:
- 方法： 在水中倒入500克醋 - 功效：可使乾燥、發癢的皮膚舒適，治療曬斑，並可使皮肤洁白细腻，延缓衰老过程。

• 白酒浴:  
- 方法：在水中倒入200克白酒。 

- 功效：可使皮肤光滑柔软，富有弹性，还可以治疗关节炎和皮肤病。

• 麦片浴:  
- 方法：把麦片用开水冲开，混入浴缸。

- 功效：滋润干燥的皮肤。

• 花香浴: 
- 方法： 把玫瑰花或菊花放在水里煮10分钟，过滤去渣，混入洗澡水，再加入2匙蜂蜜。 

- 功效：帮助收紧毛细孔，光洁肌肤，消除小皱纹。

• 茶浴:
- 方法：泡一杯濃茶，泡五到十分鐘後，放進浴缸。 

- 功效：保持黝黑皮膚

• 葡萄酒浴:
- 方法：将浴缸中的水温调到比体温高度后，倒入红葡萄酒3—4杯，搅拌均匀。视自己的身体状况，浸泡不同的时间长 

- 功效：含有丰富的多种矿物质，如磷、钙、铁、镁、铜等，抗氧化的多酚，预防动脉硬化、心脏病、中风，改善冷虚症、睡眠等方面技高一筹，略带微涩的丹宁可舒缓压力、镇定精神、消除疲劳、调理体质、改善肤质，维滋润肌肤、明目，硼降低胆固醇

• 玉米浴擦揉:
- 方法：將玉米粉和杏仁油擦在皮膚上，再以指尖做小圈圈式揉擦，直到皮膚感到溫暖。並以溫水洗去育米粉和杏仁油。 

- 功效：可使油性皮膚，柔軟，並消減日曬的痕跡。

• 燕麥粥擦揉:
- 方法：直接用燕麥粥擦在皮膚上 

- 功效：可吸收皮膚的油脂。

• 木瓜擦揉
- 方法：將新鮮木瓜搗碎，將碎肉塗抹身體半小時 

- 功效：因木瓜富含維生素A、C、K及一種可除去乾枯細胞的消化酵素─木瓜素。以毛巾擦揉全身，可去除死細胞。
