Surgery on Shrimp for Extracting an Isopod Parasite 清除清洁蝦上的寄生虫

I found something weird in my newly purchased cleaner shrimp. After Google, found that it is Isopod. Try to find a way to solve it, and, I found this video

It is very hard to implement. Since the Isopod is inside the shell, and I don't have the surgery knife... Someone suggest a sharp blade or scissor. So let it now. Plan to do the surgery once the shrimp change its shell. Haiz....

海水缸中了白点？？

治疗办法：

1 渗透压法

改变盐度至1.008或者1.009，直到最后一次发现白点的四周后。之后再慢慢上升盐度，同时再观察病鱼4周。这个治疗办法比较难以控制PH以及水质，但鱼儿压力较小。

2 铜药法

药水的说明书怎么写，你就怎么办。一般2-4周见效。治疗结束后，停药，并观察病鱼4周。铜对鱼是有毒性的，也会造成鱼只一定的压力，他们可能会停食。

3 隔离法

将病鱼不停从一个鱼缸转移到另一个鱼缸，以隔绝脱离下来的卵囊和病鱼。此大法最起码需要两个检疫缸，鱼儿在治疗时相当遭罪。

p/s: 不要将渗透压大法和铜药大法同时进行。渗透压大法将导致缸内PH震荡，而PH降低的直接后果是铜会对鱼只造成致命的毒害。除非你使用Cupramine这样构成较复杂的铜药。就算如此，还是建议不要将两种大法混用。

**因为白点虫没有潜伏期，存在时间最长的卵囊大概有60天左右， 所以把缸里所有的鱼移走至少8周，不要把来路不明的海水和活石加入缸中，维持过滤、照明和正常喂食，这段“空窗期”对于根绝缸里的白点寄生虫，成功率高达99.9%。 

无效但又被广传的方法：

 1 淡水浴法

淡水浴大法可以杀死鱼体上的一些寄生虫，但部分寄生虫躲在鱼的粘膜下还是会逃过一劫。

2 医生虾


寄生虫寄生在鱼体的时候会钻到粘膜和皮肤的下方，所以医生虾之类的动物对白点寄生虫是无能为力的。
